Karachi Kardio

Class Schedule: Beginning January 4th (Space is Limited)

Karachi Kardio is is a high-energy, low-impact dance fitness program created by Pakistani-American dancer and choreographer Sanam Azeem. The first of its kind, Karachi Kardio blends moves from cultures that have influenced Pakistan over time. Experience culture through a fun cardio workout!

Bollywood

Class Schedule: Tuesdays at 7pm, beginning January 5th (Space is Limited)

Get in shape, Bollywood-style! Lose yourself in the energetic beats of popular songs from Indian movies. A high-paced class, it is a great substitute for cardio while toning the core and working the body. Can be enjoyed solo or in a group!

Belly Dance

Class Schedule: Beginning January 6th (Space is Limited)

Learn a beginner belly dance choreography! Open to all, students will both the origins of belly dance as well as a range of techniques including, but not limited to: shimmies, undulations, traveling steps, and facial expressions. Bring your own hip scarf or purchase one at the studio.
